This fantastic hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, and we stayed in a comfortable deluxe king room with great beds and couches.

A wide range of good items for bagged breakfast. Location - magnificent, near to park entrance, the grocery store and a Subway, a Bar/Restaurant, an equipment rental and a grocery store within 100 yards of the lodge.

The hotel was immaculately clean with neat and updated rooms and professional staff. We ate in the good restaurant for breakfast which was fairly priced. The bed was great and there were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Liked our time here, it was ideal for our purposes.

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a peaceful setting nestled away from the city.

The price was good but like they say it's what you get for the money. The place was awful and dirty and it smelled so bad! I will never stay there again....

The location was great and stunning, short walk to here and West Yellowstone. A nice cafe and easily accessible. - It was nice to have a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge available.

The location of this place is amazing, the breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good, and the staff here is exceptionally nice and always ready to assist.

It was inexpensive.

The indoor pool was freezing! The hot tub was out of order. The tub/shower combo had no plug for tub so my little ones had to shower- which they hate! You get an actual key (not card) to your room- haven't seen that in years lol. There is not a lot of dining options in island park.

The convenient location made it easy to walk to all our desired destinations, with a friendly and helpful staff available, and the breakfast at the restaurant offered delicious hot dishes.

Okay for one night's stay, but it would be too small for us to stay several days. Quarters were cramped and the one chair at the table was not comfortable.

i greatly enjoyed this great value hotel, it did not disappoint. the restaurant was pretty good for breakfast here, i had warm dishes.

We stayed in a deluxe queen room with a private bathroom and a jetted tub, enjoying the tranquil location near a charming café.

We upgraded to a condo room and for 3 days we had no tv and their great idea was not to fix it, but move us to another room (a royal pain). The staff refused to acknowledge my 2 emails after we left, asking for a $30 credit, since the room cost us $129 per night (way too high - paid $200 per night for condo in Paris and this is not a classy place) It took them 24 hours to respond to tv complaint and then I had to call them. There was no phone in the room to call the office. The staff always passed the buck and did not do anything to solve the problem. This was one of the worst customer service I have seen, since we traveled in russia 5 years ago. I recommend you STAY AWAY from this place - it is a full 30 minutes from Yellowstone, not 20 minutes like their website says. There are few services near the motel. I will never stay there again and avoid it like the plague. I have traveled all over the world and this was in the top 5% worst places. Do NOT go there.
